Gracie Sandman

Gracie Sandman is a Junior from Pasadena, California, double majoring in Psychology and History with a minor in Human Rights. She is interested in international human rights, constitutional criminal procedure, and fair trial rights. On campus, Gracie is a Constitutional Law Center Undergraduate Fellow at Stanford Law School and serves as the Lead Undergraduate Coordinator for the Stanford Human Rights in Trauma Mental Health Program, where she implements trauma-informed interviewing techniques and prepares field guides for the United Nations and the ICC. She is also a virtual trial monitor with the Center for Human Rights and International Justice, reviewing compliance with fair trial rights and international legal standards for the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. This past summer, Gracie was awarded the Arthur Liman Public Interest Law Undergraduate Fellowship at Yale Law School, which supported her internship at Bet Tzedek Legal Services. In her free time, she enjoys Stanford club swim, rock climbing, and exploring the best brunch spots in the Bay Area.
